Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from designershoesbrand.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at designershoesbrand.com and go to “Order History.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the unused item(s) securely with the original packaging and include the returns note.
- Attach the prepaid returns label (provided during the process) and drop off at your nearest postal service.
Important Information
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, place a new order online and return the original item as above.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK may incur return shipping costs. Customs fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our team via the Help Center at designershoesbrand.com within 14 days for assistance.
